red, disconnected, status
The following indicates the status of PCs when they are disconnected or blinking red.
- When the PC status shows as "Disconnected," it means the client PC WSS has not yet established a connection with Cloud server.(Figure 1)

- If the PC status occasionally blinks red, simply start a new session to resolve the issue, and it should work normally. (Figure 2)
