The following covers how to register or log in to the iCafeCloud shop, top up your account, and add funds via QR code after payment confirmation.
- Access the URL: https://cp.icafecloud.com/shop/yourlicense
- Once the web page choose either Register or Login (Figure 1)

- If registering, click Register to be redirected to the registration page(Figure 2)

- Fill in the account details and click OK. Ensure that "New member offer" is set to None in Settings > Member Settings > New Member Offer.
- To log in, enter your member account details and click Login
- After a successful login, the first page called "Center" will be displayed. It shows the center’s news with images, along with address details, contact information, and opening/closing hours.(Figure 3)

- The next page is "Account", where you can view your account status, including remaining balance, bonus, and coins. Below the account details, you'll see three action buttons: Top-Up, Refresh, and Booking.(Figure 4)

- Click the Top-Up button to add balance to your account. In the pop-up window, enter the amount you want to top up, apply a promo code if available, and click OK. A QR code will be generated for you to scan and complete the payment.(Figure 5)
For the QR top up to work, activate at least one payment gateway.

- he "Computer" page is used to start a session. You'll see a Select PC button, along with your member account name and the session start time displayed below it. Click on Select PC to begin.

- You can find the PC you want to start by selecting the room or by searching for the PC name directly. Once you find it, click on the PC, then click the Select button to continue.(Figure 7)

- Next, you’ll see the selected PC name displayed click Start Session to begin.(Figure 8)

- Confirm the session start message, and the page will display the session start time. The button will change to Checkout, indicating that the session is now active. (Figure 9)

- You can end the session by clicking Checkout. A pop-up will appear showing the session details, including the total cost and the remaining balance, bonus, and other account information. (Figure 10)

- Next on the Booking page you can select to Book a pc select the date and time and click the button to select the PC you want to book and finally click Booking (Figure 11)

- Next, you’ll be prompted to add a comment. You can enter one or simply skip this step. (Figure 12)

- Next, the amount to be paid will be displayed. Click Pay by Balance to complete the booking and start the session.(Figure 13)

- A notification will appear confirming the booking was successful, and you’ll see it listed on the Booking page.(Figure 14)

- On the Logout page, you can log out and close your account session directly from your mobile device or web browser.(Figure 15)
