- To require all new member accounts to purchase a specific offer, enable the "New Member Offer" option. This setting can be found under "Settings" in the "Members Settings" section. (Figure 1)

- Select the offer you want new members to purchase for the first time from the drop-down list, which displays all available offers.(Figure 2)

- Once selected click Save.
- When you go to the members page and create a new account, you might notice a message saying "insufficient balance." This happens because the system is trying to automatically purchase the offer you selected earlier from the drop-down list. To resolve this, you should top up the member's account based on the pricing of the selected offer. (Figure 3)

- Once you add sufficient balance, the system will automatically create the new member account with the selected offer included. (Figure 4)

- The same logic applies when creating a member account from the client side. Once you add sufficient balance, the system will automatically create the new member account with the selected offer included.
