1. In the member settings, administrators will have the capability to designate whether specific fields should be optional or required for customers during the registration process. (Figure 1).

2. If the administrator sets the phone number field as compulsory (required), users must enter their phone number, which must be unique. The system will not allow duplicate phone numbers when creating a member account. (Figure 2).

3. If the field is left blank, the system will prompt the user or employee that it is a required field, ensuring that they provide the necessary information before proceeding with the registration process. (Figure 3).
