Billiard assistant report

The following explains how an assistant can log in to their account and view detailed reports and logs of their sales.

  1. First, create an employee account and link it to the assistant you previously set up on the billiard table.
  2. Select the assistant’s name as the Staff Name.
  3. Set a password that they will use to log in.
  4. Choose Assistant as the Staff Role. (Figure 1)

  1. With the assistant's account, they can log in directly to the web panel at cp.icafecloud.com. This will allow them to access the Assistant Reports tab and view detailed reports.(Figure 2)

  1. The Reports section contains three different tabs, each providing specific details:
  2. Assistant Logs – Displays a detailed log of the assistant’s activities. (Figure 3)

  1. Assistants Summary – Provides an overview of the assistant’s performance.(Figure 4)

  1. Ranking List – Shows a ranked list based on performance metrics. (Figure 5)

  1. Admin accounts have access to all Assistant Reports.
